The return or exchange of merchandise implies the generation of a payment receipt linked to the original transaction, called Credit Note, in the name of the client who generated the order and valid for 30 days
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items shipped to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post your refund as well.
